Educational Qualification
Mandatory: B.Com + M.Com / MBA / PGDM in Finance
Candidates should have a solid understanding of accounting principles and finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day Finance & Accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities.
Perform invoice processing, accounting entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and other periodic reports.
Ensure timely reconciliation of customer/vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors/customers for finance-related queries and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable financial procedures.
Assist in audit-related activities and provide required financial data/documents.
Perform other accounting and finance-related activities as assigned.

Strong knowledge of AR & AP processes
Valuable understanding of accounting entries, ledger management, and reconciliations.
Good analytical and numerical skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience in SAP Finance/Accounting modules.
Strong command of Excel functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
Experience in preparing MIS and management reports.
Ability to manage multiple finance activities within defined timelines.
