Role & responsibilities
Program Management: Run end to end program management in a cooperative manner across functions. Identify problem statements, analyze data, and ensure project completion within predefined timelines, utilizing various resources and analytical tools.
Analysis: Run analytical processes to derive information, identify themes that lead to formulating actionable strategies for reducing cost & increasing profitability.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross functional teams including marketing, finance, operations, and product development to implement strategic initiatives. Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
Project Execution: Manage projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.



Aggregate resources and technical expertise to empower teams to implement insights effectively.
Hands-on Approach: Visit facilities as needed to identify areas for process innovation or re-engineering. Provide recommendations for enhancements.
