Monitor supplier performance and coordinate corrective actions to improve quality, delivery,
and service levels.
Track inventory levels and coordinate with planning and production teams to maintain optimal
stock levels and prevent shortages.
Monitor market trends and identify prospects to diversify the supply base and reduce risks.
