Position: HR Recruiter

Location: Percept Infosystem – Consultants, Sadar, Nagpur, Maharashtra

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000

Work Mode: Work from Office

Qualification: BBA / MBA (HR) or any Graduate with an HR-related degree/specialization

Job Type: Full Time

Key Performance Areas (KPAs)
Candidate Sourcing: Source and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, social media, referrals, and qualified networks according to client hiring requirements.
Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Conduct telephonic and virtual HR screening interviews and assess candidates based on qualifications, skills, communication, experience, job suitability, and salary expectations.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/their hiring teams, communicate interview details, and manage interview schedules.
Candidate Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding interviews,



selection, documentation, and joining.
Recruitment & Selection: Manage the recruitment process from sourcing and screening through selection, offer coordination, documentation, and joining.
Onboarding & Documentation: Coordinate document verification, offer-related formalities, joining procedures, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
Candidate Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and talent pipelines.

Hiring Target Achievement: Successfully fulfill assigned recruitment requirements within the defined timelines.
Quality Hiring: Provide suitable and qualified candidates who meet the required job criteria and client expectations.
Timely Recruitment Closure: Ensure assigned positions progress efficiently from sourcing to selection and joining.
