Key Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for day-to-day site execution and construction activities
Plan, organize, and monitor site work as per project schedule
Coordinate with MES Engineers, client representatives, and consultants
Arrange and manage manpower, subcontractors, and site resources
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, MES specifications, and quality standards
Prepare daily and weekly work plans, track inventory, and monitor progress
Ensure timely completion of project milestones
Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure availability at site
Maintain site records, labour registers, Measurement Books (MB), and reports
Ensure safety and discipline at the site
Requirements:
B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in building construction projects
Experience in MES / Government projects highly preferred
Robust site execution and project coordination skills
Ability to independently handle site and manpower
Positive knowledge of drawings, construction sequence, and planning
Clean background required to secure defense area access passes
Willing to work full time at air force station Begumpet site.
