Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and other hardware and software components.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, Data Centre , Disaster recovery and ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Lead and manage a team of IT specialists, including engineers, technicians, and support staff.
Ensure that the IT infrastructure complies with relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards, and implement measures to protect against cyber threats.
Plan and manage the capacity of the IT infrastructure to meet growing demands and ensure scalability.
Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders; including business leaders, employees, and customers, to ensure that IT infrastructure changes are well understood and adopted.




Manage the IT Governance
Understand the regulatory framework and coordination
Handling large branches setup by enabling tools to manage asset , patches etc. centrally

Skills and Qualifications:
Any Graduate or Post Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in handling IT infrastructure.
At least 3 years of work experience in a Bank essential.
Solid technical knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including networks, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud computing.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
