We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Account Executive will work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.




Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
