Analyze large datasets related to ATM transactions and performance.
Identify outliers, trends, and areas of improvement through data-driven insights.
Conduct root cause analysis for transaction failures and performance drops.
Monitor ATM uptime and identify key factors affecting availability and transaction volumes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and service enhancements.
Prepare impact analysis reports and performance dashboards for internal stakeholders.
Support weekend and public holiday operations if required.

Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum graduate from any stream.
Robust analytical and logical reasoning skills.
Proficiency in Excel (advance excel); formulas & functions. Optional: if knows basic of data visualization tools, SQL, Python.
Ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Flexibility to work during weekends and public holidays as per business needs.

Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in ATM operations, banking services, or data analysis roles.
Understanding of ATM transaction lifecycle and service delivery metrics.
