Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fundraising and Donor Engagement Specialist to join our Non-Profit Organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies to increase donations and engagement with our supporters.
Key Responsibilities
Developing and executing fundraising plans and campaigns to increase donations from individuals, corporations, and foundations
Building and maintaining relationships with donors and supporters to increase engagement and loyalty
Creating and implementing strategies for donor acquisition and retention, including identifying and targeting recent donor segments
Developing and managing online fundraising platforms and social media campaigns
Planning and executing fundraising events, including donor recognition and appreciation events
Analyzing data from fundraising campaigns to measure their effectiveness and optimize future campaigns




Requirements
Bachelors degree in nonprofit management, fundraising, or a related field
2+ years of experience in fundraising and donor engagement roles, preferably in the non-profit sector
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Creative, strategic, and analytical thinker
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with fundraising tools such as donor management software, online donation platforms, and social media
