Roles & Responsibilities
Promote and sell calibration and quality assurance (QA) services to clients in various industries.
Actively collect inquiries related to calibration and QA from existing and potential customers.
Maintain and follow up on the renewal data of existing customers to ensure continued business and service contracts.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships through effective communication and service.
Conduct regular field visits to identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Key Requirements
Experience: Prior experience in calibration services or technical sales is preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets.
Valuable data management and follow-up practices.
Other:
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and site visits.
Basic understanding of QA and calibration procedures.
