Role & responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and create job descriptions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics
Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding
Build employer branding through various recruitment strategies
Maintain recruitment MIS and reports
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, etc.)
Ability to handle multiple roles and meet deadlines
Positive understanding of HR processes and recruitment metrics
Stakeholder management and coordination skills
Negotiation and convincing ability
Preferred candidate profile
candidate to have 4+ years in recruiting. Should have positive sourcing talent, stakeholder management, co-ordination, negotiation skills
Should have completed graduation.
