Responsibilities
Source candidates through your own network, job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels
Screen and shortlist candidates according to the given requirements
Share relevant CVs within the agreed timelines
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Follow up for interviews, selections, documentation, and joining
Maintain regular communication with our recruitment team
