Ensure effective execution of back-office supply chain activities. Main target is to ensure adapted and timely material availability (not too little / not too much / and in the right place). Involved in S&OP; process to manage purchase requisitions, to maintain up to date and accurate data in ERP systems and to facilitate the job of other internal stakeholders with the aim to maximize our sales. The role focuses on supporting procurement and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage supply chain back-office operations
Support S&OP; processes
Create purchase requisitions
Monitor stock levels and inventory coverage
Prevent stock-outs and slow-moving inventory
Maintain accurate ERP data
Coordinate with planning, procurement, logistics, and sales teams
Generate KPI reports in Excel / Power BI
