KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Opportunity Identification & Evaluation
Monitor and evaluate new business opportunities within the power transmission and distribution sector.
Stay updated on regulatory and policy changes impacting the Indian power sector.
Conduct market analysis and support due diligence processes.
Prepare documentation for chance qualification and internal approvals.

Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams like Construction, Technical, Legal, and Sustainability for prospect assessment.
Collaborate with EPC contractors and vendors for estimating costs and timelines.
Analyze input costs and explore cost optimization without compromising safety or quality.

Bid Management (Pre-bid to Post-bid Activities)
Lead bid preparation activities including RFP evaluation, risk assessment, and internal stakeholder presentations.
Coordinate with Land Aggregators and legal teams for land acquisition and MoU signings.
Manage final bid document preparation and submission in coordination with stakeholders.
Post-bid, liaise with BPC and internal teams for TSA signings and SPV transfers.

Stakeholder Management
Maintain strong relationships with consultants, regulators, suppliers, and other external partners.




Build a team-oriented and transparent work culture with internal teams and mentors.
Represent Apraava Energy in regulatory and industry forums to advocate for business interests.

Strategic Support & Business Planning
Assist in formulating short- and long-term growth strategies.
Contribute to annual budget preparation and resource planning.
Track and report progress against business plans and suggest corrective measures where needed.
Ensure audit readiness by maintaining process documentation and adhering to governance standards.

Mentorship & Team Support
Support team development by mentoring recent joiners.
Facilitate onboarding and familiarization with Apraava Energy's values, governance, and SHE practices.

Securing timely internal and shareholder approvals.
Coordinating across multiple functions with varied timelines.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Power/Related Engineering disciplines.
