Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily tea production and packaging operations as per production plan.
Ensure production and packing targets are achieved within the required time.
Manage manpower and allocate workers efficiently across production and packaging activities.
Monitor product quality, weight, sealing, coding, labeling and packaging accuracy.
Control material wastage, product loss and packaging material consumption.
Maintain daily production, packing, wastage and manpower records.
Coordinate with the Factory/Production Manager regarding production issues and machine breakdowns.
