Responsibilities
Configure and support Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications.
Configure entities, forms, views, business process flows, queues, and service processes.
Configure security roles, business units, teams, and field-level security.
Support model-driven applications and Dataverse-based solutions.
Assist with integrations, testing, deployments, and production support.
Requirements
Hands-on experience configuring entities, forms, views, and business process flows.
Familiarity with Dataverse and Dynamics 365 security concepts.
Experience with model-driven apps and basic workflow/automation configuration.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript or C# for Dynamics 365 customization.
