About the Role

We are looking for a
hands-on Marketing Consultant
who has experience building brands from scratch and can help us strengthen our branding, customer acquisition, and marketing systems.

This is not a role for someone who only manages social media or runs ads. We need someone who can
think strategically and execute on the ground
.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies for early-stage brands from the ground up.
Build customer acquisition funnels across digital and offline channels.
Plan and execute campaigns across Meta, Google, social media, partnerships, events, and communities.
Support brand positioning, content strategy, storytelling, and founder-led marketing.
Identify and build partnerships with influencers, businesses, communities, corporates, gyms, healthcare specialists, and other relevant networks.
Track marketing performance, leads,



conversions, and campaign ROI.
Use AI and automation tools to improve marketing efficiency and reduce repetitive work.
Work directly with the founder and take ownership of marketing initiatives from strategy to execution.

Must Have
Previous experience building a brand from scratch.
Proven ability to generate awareness, leads, and customer acquisition.
Solid understanding of digital marketing and marketing funnels.
Positive communication and networking skills.
Ability to work independently and execute without constant supervision.
Willingness to work on-ground in Bhubaneswar when required.
