Key responsibilities & duties
Relationship management with the developers, IPCs, etc. for expediting the work onsite, delivery of stores & closure of documentation (LOI, MOU/Lease, etc.) and title diligence
Follow up & coordination to bridge the gaps between the external & internal teams to expedite the store opening process
Facilitate the handover of property details & documents to the internal teams- Legal & Projects
Negotiations on Commercials & Legal Agreements/ clauses with the developers
Monitor status of work for under construction & upcoming sites
Track the progress of sites & maintain the Excel tracker/ MIS on the status of documentation & Handover to be presented to the Senior management
Facilitate implementation of special projects and processes that involve commercial transactions, reduction in overhead costs and promotes sustainable initiatives
Conclude the end-to-end transactions for documents related to renewals, payments of deposits, changes in the commercial terms of any ongoing transaction, etc.
Coordination with the Brokers, Consultants & IPCs
