Direct Responsibilities
Develop and maintain assigned projects in C# and Oracle PL/SQL according to business specifications and programming standards.
Perform analysis, development, maintenance, and bug fixes as required.
Provide requisite documentation in Jira, Intra Wiki, or Word formats as per team standards.
Exhibit a steep learning curve to understand application flows and work independently in a Scrum environment.
Participate in and contribute to effort estimations, release planning, and post-release activities.
Conduct peer code reviews and offer constructive feedback.
Gain in-depth knowledge of the product and system architecture at code level.
Frequently interact with Business Analysts, application teams, and production support teams across multiple locations via email, chat, phone, or video conferencing.
Take ownership of assigned tasks across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Technical Competencies:
5+ years of experience in software development and system architecture using Microsoft technologies.
Robust knowledge of C# with a deep understanding of:
OOPs concepts
Generics, Delegates, Extensions, Reflection
Hands-on experience with .NET Framework 4.0+.
Understanding of Multithreading concepts.
Experience in creating Windows Services using C#.
Working knowledge of SQL development, preferably in Oracle PL/SQL.
Experience with DevOps tools: Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Ansible.
Proficient in writing and maintaining technical documentation.

Behavioral Competencies:
Ability to work independently with business users, including gathering requirements and managing UAT.
Excellent problem-solving and issue investigation skills.
Capable of explaining and articulating solutions clearly to both junior and senior team members.
Possess a 'can do' attitude, with a focus on long-term problem resolution and short-term delivery.
