Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain scalable applications using Angular, AWS, Java Spring Boot, and .NET C#.
Ensure best practices are followed for coding, testing, and deployment to deliver high-quality solutions.
Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies and occasionally play a Scrum Master role.
Propose and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and delivery speed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Manage multiple priorities effectively and maintain explicit communication with peers, stakeholders, and leadership.
Years of Experience: 6 - 9yrs
Educational Qualification & Certifications (Optional):Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) is a plus.
AWS certifications are an advantage.
Skill Set Required:Must have:
Angular development experience
AWS cloud platform knowledge
Java Spring Boot, .NET C# hands-on expertise
Solid understanding of Agile methodology and experience in Scrum Master role
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines
Nice to have:
Experience in process innovation and automation for improved time-to-market
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
Experience with high-performing, distributed teams
