Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Process Executive, you will

Provide support to global clients via calls and email

Troubleshoot technical issues related to:
VPN
Drivers
O365
Active Directory
Operating Systems
Basic Networking
Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
Work on ticketing tools
Analyze technical issues and provide timely, effective resolutions




Deliver exceptional customer experience and ensure high customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to independently resolve technical queries

Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational (US shift) environment

Comfortable work from the Pune office

Non-Negotiable Criteria
