We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate to handle PPC, PDI coordination, production planning, and system-related activities. The role will primarily involve system work, maintaining production data, updating records, preparing reports, and coordinating with different departments.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day PPC and production planning activities.
Update production and PDI-related data in the system.
Prepare daily production, planning, and PDI reports.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
Monitor production schedules and update production status.
Track vehicle/product status from production to PDI.
Maintain accurate system records and documentation.
Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel.
Follow up with concerned departments on pending production/PDI activities.




Ensure accuracy of data entered into the system.
Perform other PPC and planning-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Experience in PPC, PDI, Production Planning, or MIS.
Valuable computer and data-entry skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of ERP/MIS or production-related software.
Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain and analyse production data.

Qualification
Any Graduate / Diploma.
Candidates with relevant experience in PPC, PDI, Production Planning, MIS, or ERP operations will be preferred.
