Roles & Responsibilities
Team Management:
Lead and manage the in-house team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the site.
Allocate tasks and resources effectively to meet operational goals and deadlines.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
Operations Oversight:
Ensure the site's operations are running efficiently, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
Oversee scheduling, logistics, and resource management to maintain productivity.
Client/Stakeholder Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and clients, ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.
Coordinate with other departments to address operational requirements and challenges.
Quality Control & Compliance:




Ensure all site operations comply with company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor quality control processes to guarantee service delivery excellence.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of site operations, performance metrics, and client interactions.
Prepare and submit regular reports to upper management regarding site activities and performance.
Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:
Address any operational issues that arise and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
Ensure minimal disruption to operations through proactive planning and quick responses to challenges.
