Job description:

Production Manager/ Supervisor Role:
Core Duties: Plan and execute production targets, ensure compliance with food safety (FSSAI) and ISO standards, optimize costs, and manage teams. Floor Management, QA, QC and Team Handling, Packing and Batch Making.
Requirements: B.E/B.Tech/ITI/ Diploma in Food Technology or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). 3–15+ years of relevant food industry experience.
Key Skills: Manpower planning, Supply chain & dispatch coordination, and ERP operations. [1, 2]

Typical Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹ 60,000+ per month based on Experience and Skills

General Requirements in Ahmedabad
Adherence to GMP (Valuable Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP.
Solid leadership to manage local labor forces and seasonal demand spikes.
Cross-departmental coordination with Quality Control (QC) and the packing/dispatch teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
