Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations & Welfare: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, fostering a positive workplace culture, and overseeing welfare facilities (canteen, transport, uniforms).
Statutory Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with labor and factory laws, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and liaising with local government authorities.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for hourly and salaried employees, including sourcing, selection, and orientation.
Performance & Training: Drive performance management systems and conduct training, development, and skill enhancement programs.
Policy Implementation & Safety: Implement HR policies, SOPs, and collaborate with the Health, Safety, and Setting (HSE)



team to ensure workplace safety protocols.
Compensation & Payroll: Administer salary structures, bonuses, and perks, ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields (e.g., MSW/PM&IR;).
Experience: 15+ years of HR experience, preferably in a Automobile manufacturing, unionized, or industrial workplace.
Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent conflict resolution, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HR software .
Capabilities: Ability to work on the shop floor, handle high-pressure situations, and manage industrial relations
Languages known : Hindi, English, Kannada.
