Job Description:
We are looking for a Litigation Associate / Senior Associate to join our Bangalore office.
Key Responsibilities:
Appear independently before High Courts (Original & Appellate Side), District Courts, Tribunals and Arbitration forums.
Draft and vet legal documents such as notices, replies, suits, plaints, petitions, writs, complaints, written statements, arbitration petitions, claims, counterclaims and written arguments.
Conduct legal research and assist in developing litigation strategy.
Provide legal opinions on commercial, economic and regulatory issues.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in litigation chambers or law firm litigation teams.
Exposure to Commercial/Economic litigation will be preferred.
Knowledge of IBC and/or Competition Law will be an added advantage. Skills Required:
