Job Title: Baby Care Nurse

Salary: Based on interview performance and experience

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing / Diploma in Nursing
Registration: Valid Indian Nursing Council (INC) Registration – Mandatory
Experience: Open to Freshers and Experienced candidates

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Provide compassionate and attentive nursing care to babies at their residence.
Monitor the baby’s vital signs and overall health condition regularly.
Administer medications and assist with prescribed treatments as per medical guidelines.
Support feeding, bathing, diaper changing and other basic baby care activities.
Maintain proper hygiene and ensure a safe and comfortable workplace for the baby.
Observe and report any changes in the baby’s health condition to the concerned healthcare team.
Maintain accurate patient records and daily care documentation.




Educate parents and caregivers on basic baby care and prescribed care plans.
Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure quality care delivery.
