Assistant Manager Stores | Resort

Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, storage, issuing, and inventory control.
Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper documentation of GRN/MRN, invoices, and material movements.
Monitor stock levels, FIFO/FEFO, expiry dates, and minimize wastage and pilferage.
Coordinate with Purchase, F&B;, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments for material requirements.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and quality of materials.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports.




Lead and supervise the store team and ensure proper discipline and housekeeping.

Key Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Supply Chain, Stores, or a related field.
4–6 years of relevant experience in a hotel/resort or hospitality industry.
Robust knowledge of inventory management and store procedures.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
Valuable communication, coordination, and team-handling skills.
Knowledge of food/perishable item storage will be an added advantage.
