Job title: Technical Lead (Mumbai/Pune)

Years of Experience: 7 to 10 years

Education Required: B.E. or B. Tech in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent or higher
Roles and Responsibilities
Strong in Java 8+ Programming, Multi-threading aspect
Developing, debugging, and shipping software products on large code bases that span platforms and tools experience.
Knowledge of data structures and an eye for architecture. Should be able to discuss the tradeoff between architectural choices, both on a theoretical level and on an applied level.
Building and operating critical high-scale systems
Adapt easily to meet the needs of our massive growth and rapidly evolving business setting.
Special Skills
Solid with Design Patterns and Architectural patterns
Experience in using Kafka or other message queuing systems
Positive with Relational and Non-relational Databases Postgres, Mongo, Redis, Cassandra
Experience with Elastic search, Kibana, MqTT, IOT
Good to have Banking / Card / Payment domain

Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and analyze user requirements.
Prioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle.
Develop Java EE applications.
Write well-designed, efficient code. Review, test and debug team members code.
Design database architecture.
Schedule product releases with internal teams
Document development phases.
Ensure our applications are secure and up-to-date.
Special Skills
Experience designing, building and testing Java EE applications.
In-depth knowledge of popular Java frameworks like Spring, Hibernate.
Hands on with Spring boot.
Experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
Good to have Banking / Card / Payment domain.
