Position: US IT Recruiter
Location: Kalinga Vihar, Bhubaneswar
Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)
Work Mode: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full via job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
Screen candidates recruitment lifecycle (sourcing → screening → interviewing → closing).
Source candidates for technical and cultural fit.
Work on C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring models.
Negotiate rates, contracts, and offers with candidates.
Coordinate with US clients and account managers to understand hiring needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust negotiation and decision-making abilities.
Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone).
