Position : Power Builder Developer

Experience: 9 to 13 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Perform technical analysis and develop solutions based on functional and technical requirements.
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications using PowerBuilder.
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and application issues.
Perform root-cause analysis and implement appropriate fixes.
Coordinate with IT Operations for production support and issue resolution.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint activities, and technical discussions.
Work closely with Functional Analysts to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Develop and execute unit test cases to ensure application quality.
Perform application performance analysis and identify potential bottlenecks.
Use PBTrace, SQL Trace,



and application logs for debugging and troubleshooting.
Develop, analyze, and optimize complex SQL queries and PL/SQL programs.
Follow project standards, coding guidelines, and development best practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and team development.

Mandatory Technical Skills:
PowerBuilder 12.5 or higher with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.
Strong experience with PFC (PowerBuilder Foundation Classes) or proprietary PowerBuilder frameworks.
Robust knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL Oracle 11g or higher.
Strong proficiency in SQL and database query development.
Experience with SQL Developer.
Positive understanding of SQL query optimization and performance tuning.
Experience in unit testing, including writing and executing test cases.
Robust experience in production support and incident resolution.
Hands-on experience with debugging and troubleshooting PowerBuilder applic
