Role & responsibilities
Develop interior design concepts and presentations for residential projects.
Prepare detailed drawings, layouts and working drawings using AutoCAD.
Assist with material, furniture, finishes and colour selections.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants and site teams.
Assist in taking designs from concept stage through execution.
Visit project sites and coordinate with the execution team when required.
Prepare mood boards, presentations and design documentation.
Ensure design details and finishes are maintained during execution.
Work closely with the senior design team and contribute creative ideas.
Stay updated with new materials, products, trends and design solutions.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Interior Design.
Experience working on luxury residential projects will be preferred.
Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant design software.
Positive understanding of materials, finishes, furniture and interior detailing.
Solid visual sense and attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
