Extensive experience with Java application development in enterprise environments.

Kafka or other message-based communication platforms
Docker Compose environments
APIs, integration patterns, and event-driven architecture
TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, ports, and troubleshooting
SQL and relational databases
Code reviews and mentoring other developers
Ability to analyze complex technical problems and drive solutions from concept to implementation

Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex integrations using Java.
Work with stakeholders to define integration strategies and ensure alignment with business and operational requirements.
Design and implement scalable integration architectures connecting automation, warehouse, and enterprise systems.
Drive best practices for software development, code quality, testing, and maintainability.
Conduct code reviews and mentor developers across the team.
