We are looking for a motivated and performance-driven professional with 3–5 years of experience in the FMCG/Food industry to support business growth and strengthen our distribution network.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
3–5 years of experience in the FMCG/Food sector
Robust market knowledge and relationship-building skills
Ability to appoint and develop distributors/channel partners
Experience in handling CSA operations
Positive communication, negotiation, and sales management skills
Target-oriented with a solid focus on business development

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned sales targets and drive market expansion
Appoint and manage distributors and channel partners




Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory
Coordinate with CSA and distribution teams for smooth operations
Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Salary: As per industry standards and experience.
