Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Continental Commis 3 to join our kitchen team. This is an entry-level position specializing in European and Western cuisine, supporting senior chefs in food preparation and daily kitchen operations while developing foundational culinary skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with place, including chopping, portioning, and ingredient preparation.
Support the preparation of Continental dishes, sauces, grills, sautes, and baked items.
Assist senior chefs and Chef de Partie during kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
Follow standard recipes and kitchen procedures.
Learn and develop culinary skills for career progression.

Requirements:
Fresher or relevant experience in a hotel/restaurant kitchen.
Basic knowledge of Continental/Western cuisine preferred.
Willingness to learn and work in a rapid-paced workplace.
Valuable teamwork and discipline.
