Job Responsibilities:
End to end client/vendor/dealers management on calls.
Handing the Auction Process and connecting with client/vendor/dealers to increase the bids in the auction.
Relationship building with clients.
Stakeholder management.
Processing inquiries generated through tele sales.
Responding to queries of clients and give timely support when requested.
Coordinating with operation team to ensure the timely response to inquiries.
Client/Vendor/Dealers Relationship management related activities.
We are looking for:
Someone with 06 months - 4 years of work experience in Voice Process.
Valuable judgment and swift decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Malayalam and English is must.
