Job Summary

The Operations Manager will handle and monitor day-to-day operations, ensuring effective client onboarding, transactions, coordinating with AMC and Wealth Managers to address client queries, maintaining database for analytics and sending reports internally/externally. You will be the operational backbone connecting clients, AMCs, and the internal team.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role requiring accuracy, ownership, and the ability to independently manage vendor relationships across the mutual fund and PMS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Pillar 1: Operational Efficiency
Handle and monitor day-to-day operations, including client onboarding on platforms like BSE and NSE
Address client queries, manage transaction statuses, and send reports in a timely manner
Handle physical documentation with accuracy and diligence
Pillar 2: Vendor Management
Independently liaise with various AMCs to resolve queries
Support the evaluation and analysis of Mutual Funds, PMS, and other products
Pillar 3: Team Coordination
Ensure quick client query resolution; understand the questions, problem-solve, and communicate with all relevant stakeholders
Ensure all SLA are being met and transactions/on-boarding are as per SEBI compliance.
