About: We are looking for a high-performing Assistant Manager / Senior Consultant with 56 years of experience to join our Healthcare Government Advisory practice. This role is ideal for a public health qualified with deep domain knowledge who can design health system programs, translate complex ideas into transparent documentation, guide execution teams, and engage effectively with senior government officials, philanthropic foundations, and multilateral institutions.

Role & responsibilities

Strategy, Advisory & Documentation
Program Design: Support the design and implementation of national and sub-national health system strengthening programs.
Assessments & Evaluations: Conduct health system assessments, institutional reviews, policy analyses, and program evaluations.
Technical Writing: Draft high-impact documentation, including technical reports, policy briefs, operational roadmaps, concept notes, and client-ready executive presentations.
Advisory Areas: Contribute to advisory assignments across core practice areas:

Team Leadership & Execution

Manage end-to-end execution of consulting assignments, ensuring timely delivery and transparent team alignment.
Articulate complex health data, frameworks, and strategic insights clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management & Facilitation
Engage with senior officials across Government bodies, Philanthropic Foundations, and Multilateral agencies.
Lead consultations, focus group discussions (FGDs), key informant interviews (KIIs), and stakeholder workshops.

Business Development
Lead and support proposal development (RFPs, EOIs, grant proposals)
