Roles & Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders (sales, marketing, revenue operations) and the technology teams.
Gather, document, and validate requirements for enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Collaborate with admins, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure solutions meet requirements.
Support the rollout of recent features, enhancements, and integrations across the Software ecosystem.
Provide user support, training, and documentation to ensure adoption and effectiveness.
Help evaluate requests to ensure alignment with broader technology strategy.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of skilled experience
Educational Qualification & Certifications (Optional):
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or related field.
