OPT Recruiter – US Staffing

Staffbees Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced OPT Recruiters to join our growing US Staffing team in Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

We are specifically looking for recruiters who have hands-on experience working with OPT/F1 candidates and understand the US staffing and recruitment process.

Position: OPT Recruiter

Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Onsite
Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
Employment Type: Full-Time

What We Are Looking For
Hands-on experience in OPT Recruitment / US Staffing
Valuable understanding of F1 OPT and STEM OPT candidates
Experience sourcing and engaging candidates from the US
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing and candidate outreach
Ability to identify relevant OPT candidates based on job requirements
Valuable understanding of US staffing processes and employment requirements
Strong candidate follow-up and relationship-building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication




Ability to work independently and take ownership of recruitment activities
Candidates with knowledge of H1B transfers / US staffing will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities
Source qualified OPT/F1 candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels
Build and maintain a robust OPT candidate pipeline
Screen candidates based on skills, experience and work authorization
Engage with candidates and explain relevant job opportunities
Match candidates with suitable US IT requirements
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates
Coordinate throughout the recruitment and interview process
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment trackers
Focus on quality profiles rather than high-volume submissions
