What youll do

As a Senior Engineer, you will enable energy transition through research and development work across GE Vernova Electrification, Renewables and Power businesses. You will lead and contribute to R&D; programs, technology and product roadmaps that define the disruptive future of GE Vernovas electrical and grid technologies.



You will contribute to strategic collaborations with Universities and strategic technology / business/ external partners to drive creative electrical and grid solutions for GE Vernova.

Essential Responsibilities

You will work with engineering, product and service leaders across GE Vernova to identify electrical and grid technology needs. You will work with researchers across GE Vernova Advanced Research center to identify technology trends with disruption potential for GE Vernova. You will identify strategic partners and create an electrical systems technology roadmap. You will work with business partners to define strategy and then lead and contribute to drive breakthrough impact to GE Vernova businesses. You will collaborate with these key partners and executives as well as with external partners to:
Build a robust portfolio of Research programs to drive the Electrification strategy for GE Vernova with programs in engineering across GE Vernova.
Lead and deliver early-stage technology development with high disruption potential and matu
