Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in a critical hands-on role.
This position will serve as the technical anchor for the Salesforce practice and will play a key role in shaping scalable Salesforce solutions, establishing the best development practices, and mentoring future team members as the team expands.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise and hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development, Agentforce, integrations, and enterprise-grade solution delivery.
The candidate should possess strong technical leadership capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive end-to-end solution ownership across complex implementations.
Years of Experience Needed
6+ years of hands-on Salesforce CRM development and customization experience
Solid experience working on enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
Skills Required
Extensive hands-on experience with
Agentforce
Apex, SOQL / SOSL
Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript
Salesforce CLI, VS Code
Robust experience in:
Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, external systems)
CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
Release management and deployment automation
Robust functional understanding of:
Sales Cloud
Service Cloud
Experience with:
Solution design and scalable architecture
Performance optimization and governance best practices
Security and sharing models
Agile delivery methodologies
Strong technical leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills
