We are looking for a dynamic and service-oriented F&B; Supervisor to supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensure excellent guest service, maintain service standards, and effectively coordinate with the kitchen and other departments.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily F&B; operations and ensure smooth service.
Lead, guide, and allocate duties to the F&B; team.
Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest complaints professionally.
Coordinate with Kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
Monitor hygiene, grooming, cleanliness, and service standards.
Ensure proper billing, POS, stock control, and shift closing procedures.
Support upselling, revenue generation, and cost control.
Conduct staff briefings and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a reputed hotel, resort, or restaurant.
Experience in a supervisory role will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and F&B; procedures.
Knowledge of POS and basic computer applications is preferred.
