We are looking for a B2B Sales Manager to build and scale Maywood Interiors' business-to-business sales channel.

The role will focus on developing strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, real-estate companies, channel partners, property consultants, and other strategic business partners who can generate recurring interior project opportunities.

This is a business development and relationship-led sales role, not a traditional showroom sales position. The ideal candidate will be commercially driven, highly networked, confident in negotiations, and capable of converting professional relationships into consistent project revenue.

The candidate will own the B2B sales pipeline—from partner acquisition and relationship development to lead generation, opportunity qualification, proposal coordination, negotiation, and project closure.

Key Responsibilities1. B2B Business Development
Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across Bengaluru.
Build a solid network of architects, interior designers, builders, developers,



real-estate companies, property consultants, and other relevant partners.
Develop and execute a structured B2B acquisition strategy for Maywood.
Identify organizations and professionals with potential to generate recurring interior projects.
Establish Maywood as a preferred interior execution and manufacturing partner.
Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified B2B leads and project opportunities.
Channel Partner Development
Identify, onboard, and activate high-potential channel partners.
Develop long-term relationships with architects and design specialists.
Conduct regular partner meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
Understand partner requirements and create mutually beneficial engagement models.
Build a solid referral and repeat-business ecosystem.
Track partner performance and focus resources on high-value relationships.
