Role Overview

As a US IT Recruiter Fresher, you will work closely with our recruitment and delivery teams to identify, engage, screen, and coordinate IT professionals for requirements from US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing
Source IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Search and identify candidates matching specific technical requirements.
Understand job descriptions and identify relevant technical skills.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Candidate Screening
Conduct initial candidate screening through calls and online communication.
Understand candidate experience, technical background, location, availability, compensation expectations,
