Hiring for International Voice Process at Firstsource. Candidates will handle customer calls, resolve queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls.
Resolve customer queries and issues professionally.
Maintain call quality and meet performance targets.
Follow company processes, scripts, and compliance guidelines.
Maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills.
Valuable listening and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
