The Process Trainer will train employees on email marketing processes, tools, and best practices, helping teams stay updated and consistent in their execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on email marketing processes and tools.
Prepare and deliver training content, including presentations
Onboard and train new joiners.
Conduct refresher sessions for existing team members.
Assess training effectiveness and gather feedback .
Coordinate with Team Leads to identify training needs.
Requirements:
B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech (Engineering background)
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Lecturer/Professor
Robust presentation skills
Robust PPT creation skills
Robust interactive/communication skills Female candidates only
Preferred:
Prior exposure to email marketing or digital marketing concepts is a plus (not mandatory)
