Position: Tech Lead

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to drive technical direction, architecture, and engineering execution while mentoring a team of engineers. The role requires a balance of hands-on development, technical leadership, architecture decisions, code quality, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Lead technical design and execution for assigned product/team areas.
Own architecture decisions and drive implementation through to production.
Lead and mentor a team of 3–8 engineers.
Drive engineering best practices across code quality, testing, CI/CD, and deployment.
Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Partner with product and design teams to shape product roadmap and technical strategy.
Act as the escalation point for complex technical challenges and decisions.
Ensure high-quality software delivery through unit testing, E2E testing, performance testing, and load testing.




Contribute hands-on to full-stack development and technical problem-solving.
Promote AI-assisted coding, debugging, code review, and spec-driven engineering practices.
Mentor engineers and continuously improve team practices and engineering processes.
Evaluate business priorities, customer impact, and technical trade-offs while making technology decisions.

Required Skills & Experience
5–7 years of software engineering experience with proven end-to-end ownership of significant systems.
2+ years of experience in a Tech Lead / Engineering Manager role.
Strong full-stack development experience.
Robust expertise in Node.js / Java / Python for backend development.
Strong experience with React / Angular for frontend development.
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL databases.
Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture.
Experience with AWS / GCP / Azure cloud platforms.
Solid fundamentals in Data Str
