Job Summary

Store Executive to manage inventory, material movement, and store operations at our Graphite Processing Plant. The candidate should have experience in manufacturing stores, inventory control, and ERP-based material management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials, consumables, spares, and finished goods.
Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock registers, and inventory reports.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase department for timely replenishment.
Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Ensure proper material identification, labeling, and storage following FIFO principles.
Maintain accurate records in ERP/Tally/MS Excel.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Maintenance departments for material availability.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards in the store.
Support internal and external inventory audits.




Maintain documentation as per company procedures and statutory requirements.

Qualification
Graduate in Commerce, Science, or any relevant discipline.
Diploma in Material Management or Supply Chain will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience
2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing, mining, cement, steel, graphite, or processing plant.
Experience with ERP-based inventory management is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
