Engaging existing clients via service calls and resolving service escalations
Generating revenue, increasing client wallet share, and cross-selling our Products
Resolve service escalations by clarifying the customer s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
Requirements
Graduate - specialization in any discipline
Prior work experience is preferred but freshers are also welcome
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
The candidate should be a go-getter with high energy levels and a passion for client management
